Ryan T. Moore

Attorney 

Ryan Moore is a partner with Berkes Crane Santana & Spangler and specializes in the defense of personal injury, product liability, toxic tort, and complex litigation cases. He is also on the appellate team. Mr. Moore is licensed to practice law in California and New Mexico. He has practiced in Federal Courts in California, Washington, and Idaho, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Moore has extensive litigation experience and is a skilled examiner of lay and expert witnesses both in deposition and at trial. 

Mr. Moore received his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. While in law school he was a member of the Entertainment Law Review and earned the CALI Award for his Legal Research and Writing class, as well as a First Honors Award in Immigration Law. Mr. Moore received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, and his Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Fresno. As an undergraduate, Mr. Moore was an accomplished track and field student-athlete. During graduate school, Mr. Moore also coached track and field at DePaul.

Mr. Moore is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (NARTC).
